The Standard Apartment is a 2-person apartment with two comfortable beds, which can be combined into one double bed. The apartments are designed and decorated with particular attention to detail and using high quality materials. The stylish bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a hair-dryer, basic toiletries and towels. There is a kettle and a "welcome kit" in every apartment. Apartments 12 and 22 are air-conditioned.

The stylish bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a hair-dryer, basic toiletries and towels. There is a kettle, a "welcome kit" and bottled mineral water in every apartment.
Studio Apartments are comfortable and atmospheric with a separate kitchen and a dining room. The kitchen features a fridge, heating plate, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, and basic equipment for cooking and preparing meals. The beds come with foam mattresses with 7 hardness zones to ensure proper spine support. Just like in the remaining apartments, the beds can be freely configured into single or double – they can be securely connected with metal clamps on the frame – so you don’t have to worry about them sliding apart. The apartments are air-conditioned and spacious, designed and decorated with great care to provide you with quality rest.
Our most spacious apartment is at the highest level of the tenement house – its rooms are exceptionally well lit thanks to roof windows, while the slanted ceilings add charm and cosiness. This is the best starting point for your stay in Poznań. Its fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, and the resting area provides a place to relax between the checkpoints of your trip around Poznań. The apartment can be extended by connecting it with the adjacent Standard apartment, adding additional space for your friends or family.
While designing our property, we also thought about the guests that, especially in the context of traveling with children, seek an opportunity to spend time with their relatives in a common but comfortably separated space (separate bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms). We have thus arranged 2 sections consisting of double bedrooms and a connecting hall with an additional door to the staircase:
