In the Poznań Croissant Museum one can discover the secrets of the greatest Poznań delicacy – St. Martin’s croissants.
Visitors may listen to the history of St. Martin’s croissants: where their shape originated from, what the secrets of the recipe are, and bake them together, at the same time using the opportunity to learn some Poznań dialect. The museum is situated in a historical building on the Old Market Square, exactly opposite to the Town Hall (entrance from Klasztorna street). Windows of the museum offer an excellent view of the billy goats, which increases the appeal of a morning visit to the museum.
